My journey in mental health has been shaped by both academic training and hands-on experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I completed my Master’s degree in Melbourne, Australia from Monash University, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours).
During my time in Melbourne, I worked with schools supporting students, parents, and school staff, helping them navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges. I also provided Telehealth counselling support and worked in Disability Support Services, gaining experience supporting individuals with varied needs and backgrounds.
Mind Us offers one-to-one counselling sessions that provide a safe, confidential, and non judgmental space for individuals to discuss their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges. These sessions focus on concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties, while helping individuals develop coping strategies and build emotional resilience. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. The duration of these sessions would be 60 minutes.
Mind Us also offers small group counselling and support group sessions (up to 5 participants). These sessions provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can share experiences, learn
from one another, and feel less alone in their challenges. Group settings can help participants build coping strategies, gain new perspectives, and develop a sense of community and support.
Group sessions are held on fixed days — Tuesdays and Fridays.

Mind Us offers Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to support the mental health and wellbeing of employees within organizations. This includes individual counselling sessions for company staff, providing a confidential space to discuss personal or work-related concerns.
We also organise workshops and webinars on selected wellbeing topics, such as managing burnout, stress management, and maintaining work–life balance. These sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating reflective and introspective activities that encourage practical learning and self-awareness, rather than focusing only on theoretical content.
The counseling sessions have been transformative. I feel more confident and better equipped to handle workplace stress.
